EliteProBallers was started up by our owner Darren Lancaster who has been involved in football for over 25 years either playing or coaching the game.

Like most young kids he had dreams of making it professionally and had trials with Chelsea, Watford & QPR. He also represented Hertfordshire at schoolboy & youth level as well as representing Watford District at schoolboy level.

He went on to play semi professionally well into his mid twenties representing St Albans City, Welwyn Garden City, Aveley Town & many more.

In recent years will following his sons footballing journey, he became a youth team coach locally in Watford coaching teams such as Everett Rovers (U7s), Watford Youth (U8s) & more recently Kings Langley Youth (U9-U12s) and lead them to the first division title (U12) in the West Herts Youth League at the first hurdle as well various tournament wins with Kings.

His passion for the game has been instilled in him from a very young age which lead him starting up EliteProBallers. Looking to pass on his knowledge of the game to the next generation of talent.
